  • Only completed 23 minutes of Plyometrics (23 very intense and very sweaty minutes), which was 23 minutes of not sitting on the couch, watching tv and eating ice cream. I will get better at this. Now if you'll excuse me I'm going to go vomit now.

    @ SarahDuong130 23 minutes is better than nothing well done for pushing play and keep it up, you'll soon have the whole dvd down :)


    Right that's my day 3 done, shoulder & arms & ARX!!!! Shoulder and Arms is one of my favs ;)

    Remember to keep moving or you could make them DOMS worse, A nice walk will help the day after plyo ;)

    Happy 4th of July to all
    Finished shoulders & arms yipee and suffered through AB Ripper.Now I know why my middle is a problem.
    Ive no muscle there at all!!!
    How did everyone else do on this holiday.

    I only have 5lbs and 15lbs I think the 5s are too light and the 15s are too heavy ugh sucks!

    try getting some 7's, 10's on craigslist or kijijii? also I use wrist weights (2lb) as a partial transition to help heavying up. I'll put them on my wrists or on the db handles and use them that way if there arent a lot of transitions. But sometimes I find my 10s too easy, but the 15's 100lbs too heavy. lol. so I use the 2lb wrist weights with the 10's then.

    Have you tried Amazon? I order pretty much everything from there. I got a really good dumbbell set for $39. Plus, I have Amazon Prime so I got free 2-day shipping. I'm also planning to order the Polar HRM.

    Woke up late today and didn't think I'd make today's workout, but I made it happen. Arms and shoulders hate me, but well worth it. :smile:

    Yoga was ... well ... I don't think I gave it my all, but maybe because I hate it so much (always have hated yoga, even when I was skinny). I tried to power through, but not my best performance. Next Thursday, though, more effort.

    Had to switch some things up a bit.. Did arms and shoulders yesterday, but didn't have time for ARX.. Today was supposed to be Yoga, but I loaned my Yoga DVD to a friend and have not got it back yet. So... I did Cardio X and ARX today... Great workouts.. not liking ARX so much... :0) Hope everyone is pushing through!! ~Tina

    Day 26 Core Synergistics...actually missing the chest, arm, and abs workouts, but its my change up week. 4 days until pic day and new mesurements.

    Back Biceps and ARX today! I think I'll not do a doubles today, as my shoulders are a bit twingy. let them rest a bit. then sweat hard tomorrow!

    Shea, I'd have done L&B, but I want to give my ankle as much time as possible to heal before doing major stuff on it yet. So I'm rotating through the other ST's: B&B, CST, S&A and C&B-for a few more weeks.

    Those sneaky lunges.....

    Day 5 Done... Ran 2.6 miles (with hills) and only got 30 min's done of legs and back.. I hate it when life gets in the way! Going to try and finish legs and back tonight.. Did not do Ab ripper today since I did it yesterday.. Gosh, staying on track is harder than I thought it was going to be! Anyways, hope everyone is having a great Friday!!

    I'm thinking of doing Kenpo X in the morning and X Stretch in the night so I can start day 8 on the 8th. :wink:

    I have to see how that goes tho.
