My TDEE is around 2700... My BRM is around 1500...I exercise about 5-6 times a week..how many calories should i really be eating to lose weight?

To lose weight on a slow pace you should be eating a 10-15% cut of your TDEE.
A 14% cut would be around 2300 kcal/day0 -
So I have my calories set at 1700 right now..I eat back my exercise calories which is usually around 300. Should I up my calories to 2000 and still eat back my exercise calories putting me around 2300?0

Hi there, around these parts we eat a 15% cut of our TDEE every day, even on days that we don't exercise. BUT we do not eat back exercise calories.
So if you have your numbers figured correctly and 2300 is your 15% cut, then you would eat that every day and not eat back exercise cals.0 -
yah...if you went to scooby and figured in your activity level, scooby does some magical calculations and figures in your exercise calories for you. Sure makes things easier...
