Hi there
My name is Ruth Im new to WMTWL but have been on MFP since March this year.
I have quite a bit of weight to loose and have found that on 1400 cal (200 extra than what MFP reccomends) my weight loss is either about 1.5kgs or nothing at all for 3-4 weeks. It doesnt make sense to me. BUT I do feel a little scared increasing cal but I understand why and how it works. Its just totally new to everything ive done over the years.....
I like to eat clean - always have so support friends that like to eat this way too.
Id love some new friends that have had success eating more to loose weight especially one that live this side of the border - down under in New Zealand.
