Dukan and Your Numbers!

I have been going at this for 17 days now and am EXCITED that I haven't failed! So, as a motivation, I would like to see your numbers! I'll post mine first!

SW: 165.2lbs
GW: 139lbs
CW: 157.2lbs on day 17
TL: 8lbs

Date to True Weight: 07/13/2012...1 day AFTER my 9th wedding anniversary so I have a goal: Get there 1 day early!

    I have eased up a bit and am losing about a pound a week. I added two pieces of whole grain bread with breakfast, the little bit of oat bran wasn't enough. I also have a couple of small squares of dark chocolate a couple of times a week for a treat. This sunday I'm having a big meal at friend's house, it'll be interesting to see if I can stay within the plan. It's the booze that will knock me off track!

    Weight loss to date 44lbs haven't logged it yet today.

    Started around the 20th January this year and have cheated only once which was last weekend. I had a drink one week when I was on holiday and stuck to Vodka and Slimline Tonic. My sister is also on the diet and has been doing exactly the same as me she is far more stringent and has lost 53 pounds in the same time.

    I started 17th January 2012. Have been fairly strict with
    myself. Losing the weight but am now needing to do something to tone up
    my tum. It's anticipated that I will finish consolidation on 25th December 2013. Any advice on how to tone the mid section avoiding sit ups and crunches if possible, would be great.

    SW: (MFP) 110.4 kg - 242.8lbs - had got down to 103kg (226.6 lbs) using other methods
    SW: (Dukan) 107.7 kg - 236.9 lbs
    GW: 76.3 kg - 167.8lbs
    CW: 105.2 kg - 231.4lbs on day 7
    TL: 2.5 kg - 5.5lbs - pretty close to what Dukan predicted I'd lose (2.8kg)

    Don't worry! Mine took about 3 days to start moving on the AP, then lost 2.5kg which I'm happy with for 1 week, as they say it can be difficult to lose if have tried many diets before (which I have!)... also Dukan predicted I'd lose 2.8kg, so pretty close!

    On day 8 and I am so happy with the diet... a Lot easier since I started adding veggies... didnt expect this big a loss so quickly...
    My mom is starting the Dukan as well next week, so excited for her!

    i'm in my 2nd month...so its been 56 days. lost 10kg although the past 3 weeks I've been cheating and had potatos, bread, pasta, ice creams etc this shows the next day when I gain around 0.5-1kg but it doesnt put me off :)

    I'm due to hit 60kg according to Dukan site mid July but I suspect it'll be done before then.

    Extremely slow progress- I was hoping to see something more dramatic than 3 pounds in the Attack phase :(

    On the plus side, it typically takes me a month to lose one pound so this is an improvement! Just hoping it's not water weight!

    Starting Jean Size - 14 Today's Jean Purchase - size 8.
    I am on the consolidation phase, but revert back to cruise. I also count calories with mfp… and am logging my exercise…

    Easiest diet I have ever followed - easy life style adaption!

    The thinnest I've been is about 117 - and seeing as I'm now closer in age to 40 than 30 - I'm ok with the little bit extra. :) I did 5 days of attack and am on day 3 of cruise. The initial loss wasn't as much as I'd hoped, but I'll take anything in the right direction. GLA!

    Have lost 4lbs in the first 2 days of Attack! Really pleased about that and have another 2 days before cruise. I am feeling cautiously optimistic about the diet - I really hope it works!

    Yesterday was my FIRST day on the diet. This morning i was down FOUR pounds. I'm so excited!!! I'm looking forward to the end of this first week. i hope i'm ten pounds down by then . . . hoping. lol.

    SW on dukan- 188.5 lbs
    GW- 135 lbs
    CW- 184.5

    today is day 2.
