I tried posting this last night, not sure what happened. But I'm starting the program tomorrow (July 2) and looking forward to it! Won't be following her meal plan strictly (but will definitely try some recipes!) but I will be sticking to my MFP allotted calories/other numbers and hoping to see some great results! Will be posting here regularly for feedback, and to keep myself accountable and motviated. Looking forward to interacting with you all!

Completed Day 1, Disc 1 and I LOVED it! My sweatband was drenched, my heart was pounding and I burned 327 calories. I only had to pause for a water break twice, which for me is really good. I felt so accomplished after I was done! Looking forward to day 2.0

Oh my goodness, the last two days were SO incredibly busy, seeing me out of the house literally ALL day well into the night. I was going to do both Day 2 and Cardio 1 yesterday to make up for missing Tuesday's, but I was exhausted from being out in the sun all day and doing stuff with my family. Any suggestions to what I should do? I really loved workout 1 and am really anxious to be starting this program!0
