Hey, how was day 4 for you guys?? I liked it! I feel so sore today! how bout you guys? Yesturday I even felt it in my abs! and today I found the workout good! but it was painfull!!!! It's sort of like exercises in body pump and body attack (Goodlife classes), do you guys ever take those?

anyways! happy day 4! keep up the good work everyone!!!!!!!!

    I found I could barely get thro it, not from being sor but from not having the strength to do it, think I need to up my calorie intake so my body can actually keep up!!
    Anyone else getting insanely hungry already?

    Yes I get hungrier faster, metabolism kicking in, finally! Just gotta remember smaller healthier meals. Day 4 was good quads really felt it. I need to work on balancing lol. Felt like I was always about to fall over.

    I had Cardio Recovery today too. I love it but it makes my thighs burn!

    Good luck to everyone who's doing day 5 tomorrow! Pure Cardio is nuts!
