Morning all, thanks for joining the group, wasn't sure if it would get anyone's interest as we all have different goals and our weight losses are so different, 9lb might be easier for some than others, and some might not want to loose that much, anyway best of luck.

Morning!
Day 1 and Im already 2 glasses of water down so only 7 more to go! Stayed at my friends last night so couldn’t exercise this morning but might try and get out at lunch for a walk if it ever stops raining!! Bit worried about next week as Im out for dinner with Friends Monday night then going away for a few days from Thursday so hoping I can still stay on track whilst Im away!
Good luck to everybody else, will be interesting to see how we have all done at the end of it : -)0 -

Excited to be part of this challenge. I don't think it matters as much that we all have different goals, but that we are supporting each other with a specific challenge. My regular weigh in day is on Monday. One of my disciplines this time is to only weigh once a week so I will report that on Monday. 30 mins of cardio and 3 glasses of water so far.0 -

Iv had 4 glasses water, good protein brecky to keep me going ! I'm off to caravan in a bit which is always a challenge for me ! ( with food!) I'm going to get lots walking in on beach & we have small gym on site so will get my bum on the bike later! x0 -
so far today I have had 6 glasses of water and done 100 minutes of exercise not far to go to meet the target:0)0

all 9 glasses drank already. Only little exercise done today, will hopefully be going on a epic walk tomorrow if the rain ever stops.....10 miles0
