Unfortunately, I had to stop the 30DS and C25K track I was on. Unfortunately my shoulder just won't hold up. I've got physical therapy starting but not until Sept. It may stem from my carpal tunnel, which is job related and unfortunately I can't quit my job! It may also be due to an injury and in that case, xrays and physical therapy are a starting point. I have appointments with neurologists for the carpal tunnel. It's all a waiting game. But the intensity of 30DS caused me massive shoulder pain and the C25K caused a lot more shoulder pain. I've gone back to the gym and I am sticking to moderate intensity exercise and cardio machines that don't overwork my shoulder. All in due time, eh? Good luck to the rest of you and I know you can do it! I'll stick around to hear about your results! :)

    Hang in there! It stinks that you can't complete the workouts you started, but good for you for sticking with exercise and finding other ways to burn calories!
