I hope you have had an excellent start to the challenge! I personally have not! Ugh! I need someone to give me a swift kick in the behind!!!!!!

I need everyone's total minutes for the week please by tomorrow evening so I can post the spreadsheet!

    445 minutes! Almost all of it was really slow walking, but I did at least 30 minutes every day. I can't believe I averaged more than an hour a day! Hooray for Jaymoo's July Challenge!

    212 minutes for me. If it wasn't so blasted hot outside (and we have no A/C), could have been higher. Did manage to lose 1.4lbs this week, even with not eating the best. Not in a cooking mood when it's 95 degrees in my apartment. This week is SUPPOSED to be a little cooler, so my goal is to be over 300 minutes for the week.

    Just signed up to do a Relay for Life event later in the month. That will definately boost my minutes for that week!

    I didn't do so hot this week....173 minutes. But my new weight is 230.4, down 1.2 pounds. :smile: That was actually as of Thursday as that's my weigh in day.

    Forgive me Jaimie...I sent a pm of my stats....duhhhhh...forgot to check in here!!! Anyways...Thanks Jaymoo 4 this challenge...i actually walked everyday...but i also gained this week..If i could get disciplined in my eating as i did the walking...i could get to onederland faster!!!! My walk minutes were 350.50....missed counted the first time...added sundays total????sorry!!!! Weight is now 224.4....hoping for better results nx week!:ohwell:
