Second time through the Program

I know many people have posted that they were thinking of repeating Phase 2 and 3 after they complete their first 90 days. Anyone done it yet? I have 3 weeks left on the program and want to be prepared with my next challenge and thought Phase 2 & 3 could still be good for me. Any thoughts?

I still am only halfway so I haven't decided yet, but I will skip phase 1 and go straight to 2 and 3, there's just no way the 1 st cardio would be tough enough. Or you could sub in other cardio? With the rest of it it's easy enough to up your dumbells for more of a challenge. Good luck with it if you do!!!0

I have the same amount of time left as you and I plan on doing exactly as you mentioned!0

I started completely over last Monday after completing the program. I'm going to do 2- 6 week versions instead of the 12 week. So I won't go through each disc more than 2 times. So while I started the program last Monday, next maonday I will move to discs 3-4. I think it will help with boredom.0

I am halfway through the program, haven't really seen any weight loss, but lost some inches here and there. Was wondering if it would be a good idea to do Ripped in 30 after finishing JMBR?! I know lot of people are starting the second round of BR, but am just worried I might get too bored.0

I finished awhile back and started Chalean Extreme because I liked the strength training aspect. However, I do not feel like I am getting near the same kind of workout I got with JMBR. Yes, I do see more defined muscle in my arms. No, I am not following any meal plan.
Part of the problem is SUMMER. It's too dang hot to workout!
I am going to continue with the Chalean until the kids get back to school then re-do JMBR except I will go heavier on the weights and push a little harder.0 -

HHhhmmm...I like this idea! This could be interesting way to really keep things interesting. I've stumbled about midway through the program (I keep falling off schedule around week 7/8/9). I've just taken about a week off due to injury and was not sure what to do. I think I'll just move into week 7/8 and push through no matter what. I love the idea of my next "round" being only 6 weeks...I'd love to know how that goes for you. At least then, you're only doing the cardio DVD for 2 weeks versus a month or longer.0 -

Exactly! Doing the same cardio 4 times before switching it up instead of 8 times (or 10 times in weeks 11-13) doesn't seem so bad. I am enjoying this pace so far! I will let you know. My weight loss has slowed down, but, I am close to my goal and I added 100 calories to my day to slow things down.0 -
I am on my last week of round one. I am going to take a week off to get in some yoga. I noticed my flexability has significantly decreased... probably from sore muscles. I'm running a half in October so I will run 4 days a week and do JMBR 2 days. I plan to do two weeks of each round then move on.0
