what I have been looking for.

whenever I eat my carriben food, I gain wt. The meals are delicious, but they are wt lost killer. I am hoping my carribean sisters/brothers will give me some tips.

    I hear you girl. I have noticed, especially with the food diary tool on this website.... Our food carries more carbs than calories. I think it comes down to working out hard like we do in the islands. As well as portion sizes. Maybe we can find some substitutions out there.
