REd beans and rice
Im for Belize and we eat lot of rice and beans but for the last 5 years i substitute the white rice with brown rice to make rice and beans you cook it the same way you cook it with the white rice but you have to let it cook a little longer and remember you have to know how to cook it right or it will not taste good.

Hey ladies!! I was wonddering what soca/reggae/song in general keeps you moving when you are in the exercise zone. for example when im doing cardio i love to listen to dancehall reggae to keep me fired up and when im in zumba i think im in a carnival moving my waistline. please share.

Caribbean Food Suggestion
I've noticed something while using this calorie counter. In the Caribbean we use lots of fresh fruits, roots, veggies, beans, lentils, etc. Our meals tend to be heavy in Carbs but low in calorie. You can either replace the carbs or workout harder. I think moderation is key here and exercise. So I suggests those huge plates…
