I am finally done! Yay! I lost 23 pounds! Ugh my before picture is so so so embarrassing. But, I will share because I hope it will encourage y'all to finish this program!

im in phase one still and nothng much has moved scale wise.....

To answer your questions, no I did not follow her diet plan at all. At the beginning of the program I was still breastfeeding and needed more calories. I just ate my regular food and stuck to mfp guidelines and ate my exercise calories. I followed her schedule for the exercises but got off track a few times and gained some weight back, then got back on track again. So it actually took me longer than 90 days. If I hadn't gotten off track I bet my results would be better.0

Chest: 42 - 38 Total loss: 4 inches
Waist: 32.5 - 31 Total loss: 1.5inches
Bellybutton: 44 - 41 Total loss: 3 inches
Right Arm: 15.5 - 14.5 Total loss: 1 inch
Left Arm: 15.5 - 14 Total loss 1.5 inches
Right Leg: 29 - 27 Total loss: 2 inches
Left Leg: 30 - 27 Total loss: 3 inches
Butt: 47 - 44 Total loss: 3 inches
Thighs: 46 - 43 Total loss: 3 inches
Right calf: 16.5 - 15.5 Total loss: 1 inch
Left Calf: 16.5 - 15.5 Total loss: 1 inch
Total overall loss: 24 inches0 -
Oh, also, I went from a size 18 jeans to a size 14!0

I am doing Insanity now! This will be day 3 for me today and I'm loving it so far. I feel like I will love it more than Body Revolution!0

How many minutes are the insanity workouts? I was so drawn to the BR because of the length of time of each workout.0

I've only done the Fit Test so far and the Plyometric Cardio Circuit workout. The Fit Test was about 20 minutes or so. The Plyometric Cardio Circuit was around 40? My husband said they are all between 40 and 60 minutes, because some days apparently you do more than one workout.0
