I think we should be happy none of this food is in Australia. It might not be high in calories but it terribly artificial and full of things like transfats and artificial sugars and colours and preservatives etc.
But if you really must try i've seen there is some kind of American food online supermarket thing for Australians somewhere.
And we do have non diet pudding mix in our supermarkets here. it is usually near the jelly in a supermarket.

This. Anything artificially fat free is just laden with chemical additives.

I *think* the 'fat free pudding mix' is the powdered stuff we mix with milk and it makes a mousse. In my supermarkets it is with the custard powder and jelly crystals. I think the normal one is White Wings, and there is a Weight Watchers one.

    Cool whip..no clue.

cool whip is "whipped topping." Comes in a tub in the regular, low-calorie, and fat-free varieties. Fat free pudding is like what you would call mousse, I guess - comes in a variety of flavours. It is NOT a jelly.

I do wish we had access to some of these things, but Ange is right - it's not real food and finding genuine food substitutes to make recipes lower calorie is a much better solution.

I'm all for the artificial goodness  It's not like you're going to be living off the stuff.

You can get sf/ff pudding mix (jello) brand on ebay.com from the US. That's cheaper than usafoods.

Can not get cool whip in Australia at all as it needs to be refridgerated.

And yes, after going to the US they have a lot more low carb/sf options as well as all their massively oversized heart attack stuff
