    im in :) i previously lost 20lbs with weight watchers, i got down to 152 for my wedding in march, and since then i have gained 12lbs back! i have started the body by vi 90 day challenge along with myfitness pal....i hope that this helps me get back down to my previous weight!

    Thanks for adding me! I struggle since I work overnights part time so hoping this will help keep me on track! So far have lost about 26 pounds since mid May

    This will sure be a challenge! I am recently getting back into exercising after eating healthy for some time now. I'm now interested in my fitness since I feel I have a good grasp on my diet. I will be doing C25K and Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred. Good Luck everyone!

    I am so glad I could join this group, I need something to strive for and motivate me! Yesterday I did the 30 Day shred workout for the first time and i am *hurting* today LOL. But I am proud of myself for giving it a go, and for staying below my calorie intake for the day! You have to start somewhere, right?

    Yay starting today! Which is a little sucky as I'm going out tonight.. hello vodka and diet tonic haha :l

    My starting weight is 167, so goal is 147.. which is almost my goal weight! YAY!
