Day 10
I plan on doing my afternoon 1 mile walking break at work.
And, I might surprise myself and run or ride bikes this afternoon. MAYBE. If not, I'll make up for it on Wednesday.

walked today and went on the treadmill walking and running, covered 5.5 miles :-)0

i've been keeping up!! it's nice to know that commitment can extend to this group, even if it isn't something we do in person, together. my knees have been very sore this month, so i've been doing a lot of interval, stairs, and speed walking uphill. i feel great, but my buns are pretty sore!0

Walking/Stationary Bike
Day 1 = 0 miles/Day 1 = 5.5 miles
Day 2 = 1.25 miles/Day 2 = 5.5 miles
Day 3 = 1.25 miles/Day 3 = 5.25 miles
Day 4 = 3 miles, so hot outside!/Day 4 = 5 miles
Day 5 = 2 miles/Day 5 = 5 miles
Day 6 = 0 miles/Day 6 = 5 miles
Day 7 = 0 miles/Day 7 = 12 miles, may not do this again; legs were so sore the next day!
Day 8 = 2.2 miles/Day 8 = 5 miles
Day 9 = 0 miles/Day 9 = 0 miles
Day 10 = 3 miles/Day 10 = 5 miles0 -
So far this hot hot HOT month, I have walked 12.57 miles, and am planning another 2.85 this afternoon.
