Well, I've decided that since on Monday I'm going to be upping my commitment to weight loss and keeping better track of my macros, and that I might as well also get some more new friends while I'm at it! And what better place than this group?

I spent the first few months on this site largely just trying to make sure I adjusted to exercising and dieting at all, and learning. The last few days I've been doing a trial run for what I plan to start doing full-on this Monday: trying to eat below 200-250g of carbs (not sure which yet since my calories are about to go up as well) and above 100 of protein, and adding some much more structured weight training.

Anyway, I'm looking for some more friends to share with on my journey. I comment on status updates and answer questions that I think I can contribute too and am an all-around amiable sort of person, and would like some more friends who are likewise. Or alternatively, some friends who will kick my butt if I ever get a little lazy (hopefully that'll never happen!), or who will give it to me straight if I'm misinformed, would be pretty awesome as well.

    Started this group yesterday... most of my friends are still eating at 1200 calories... it would be nice to have some more friends that actually eat more to weigh less
