    I ran 2.5. I did interval running, 45 seconds run, 15 seconds walk. At first it was fine, a little distracting, but easy. By the end I was sweating SO much more than just going for a run. I like it.

    I also got on the spin bike for just a few intense minutes after my run. And did some calistenics for about 15 minutes. (neither of those are my goals, but I'm glad I did them.... well, I say I want to go on a bike ride every week.) :)

    This morning I got 2 miles in with my C25K Week 3 Day 3 session. After the session I ran for another 2 miles.
    Walked to work and back which is 4 miles round trip.

    Tomorrow looking forward to cycling for a while.

    Keep up the great work everyone. Way to stay active.
