Has anyone used this for a prolonged period of time? What have the benefits been for you? I've been having a tablespoon every day for the past week and its really helped my digestion.

It's an unpasteurized apple cider vinegar that is supposed to help with weight loss and a myriad of other dis-ease and ailments. WWW.braggs.com

I've tried it before but not religiously and can't say I saw of felt any difference. Have you seen or felt and difference using it?

I suggest anyone interested in apple cider vinegar, read Paul Bragg's book dedicated to the subject.

    http://www.amazon.com/Apple-Cider-Vinegar-Miracle-Lifestyle/dp/0877901007/ref=sr_1_10?ie=UTF8&qid=1342803712&sr=8-10&keywords=apple+cider+vinegar

I use it as salad dressing mixed with liquid aminos, nutritional yeast, and garlic powder sometimes. Also I occasionally add a bit to my fruit smoothies.

It is a good product, all of Bragg's products are good. The are organic and all natural and you can't beat that in a world of processed, chemically altered junk.
