Bodymedia/TDEE/Calorie Question

I was hoping some of you who have a bodymedia would be able to help! I posted this in the main forum but I figured I'd give here a try too.

I started calorie counting in February and lost about 9lbs by May. I would like to lose 20 lbs total so I only have 11 lbs to go. As of May, I've gained and lost the same 1-2 lbs and made no progress. My job consists of sitting at a computer for 8 hours a day, I don't get very many opportunities to get up and walk around. Because of this my daily burn on the weekdays is lower than my burn on the weekends. The difference isn't huge, only about 200-300 calories.

For example, my bodymedia tells me that Monday -Friday my average daily burn is right around 1800. On Saturday & Sunday, the average is usually around 2100. For June, my daily average burn was around 1900.

I think I may be putting too much thought into this, but since I haven't made any progress since May I figured it wouldn't hurt to ask.

Should I eat less on weekdays or should I take my monthly average and just eat -15% TDEE from that?

    BUT...maybe you are putting too much thought into it LOL. i would probably just take the average for the week

    This is what I do is take a average and then take my cut. After about a month of not wearing my bmf I will wear it for a couple of weeks just to see if I need to re-adjust my cut #'s.

    I can't say how much weight I have lost because I'm not weighing myself until mid-August. But I have lost inches all over....:drinker:
