C25K Week one done for me! It was raining hard and I didn't want to get my feet wet so I ran on a basketball court, so much easier and flatter than on the football pitch I'd been using. My feet still got wet though, it's a good job we don't run over the weekend because my brand new running shoes will be drying out.0

C25k week 2 is done. I'm doing pretty good but my knees are starting to bug me a bit. I may be getting professionally fit for shoes soon. Idk.0

I see people are completing their current weeks....That's GREAT!!!!
Today I completed W1D2. I'm behind schedule as I wasn't feeling well early in the week. Normally, I wouldn't work out on Sunday but I've got to get D3 completed and I shall.
