What do you take that you find helps?

I take a really good women's multi that has everything under the sun in it. Then I add:
fish oil
Vitamins A,C,D & E
garlic
Magnesium/malic acid
and I just know there's one I'm forgetting. LOL

    I take omega 3 (fish oil) which is a proven anti-inflammatory, plus a multi vitamin, Vit D, Vitamin C (I up it in the winter) and a B Complex. . I've just added Co enzyme Q 10 this week... Hope you all are having a pain free week :)

    I really like the omega 3 oil helps the most because of its anti inflammatory properties otherwise don't take any other vitamins or minerals because of the amount of fruit and veggies that I take.
