Here we go! Today's fitness challenge: 100 crunches!
Break 'em up... do them in sets... whatever works for you.

Done! Mixed it all up, but got my hundred in. Really didn't seem like much once I started. LOL0 -
Count me in! Love a good fitness challenge! Mix it up for fun - try 25 crunches on a stability ball, 25 reverse crunches (one of my faves), 25 full body crunches and 25 standing ab crunches (with a 5 or 8 weight for a good challenge) and done!0

Done. I'm so out of practice with doing any sort of exercise I had to look up "crunches workout" so I could remember how to do them. *laughs*0

I did a bunch of different ones. Don't know what they're called (athlete that I am), but got my hundred in. LOL

These are the things that come to mind right now:
Squats
Calf raises
Lunges
Planks
Push ups
Tricep dips
?? mile walk/run
Just throwing out some ideas that I think most people could do (aka no equipment).0 -
