I fell off the past few weeks. Help me get going again?

Tomorrow I'm getting back. Had lost about 30ish pounds in the first two months on Keto, then got lazy at work, tired at home, and just haven't been able to motivate myself to keep going.

I need to do this ****, I've gained back 8 pounds.

Recommend me some quick and easy meals I can make for myself after work today, that I can start bringing in tomorrow. I work non stop the next two weeks so I can use that to keep myself from going out, and staying on track as well.

    get a pyrex dish
pour some nice tasty salsa in there, enough to cover the bottom
put some chicken breasts in there
    cover them with salsa
    cover THAT with cheese
bake at 400F for 20 minutes

    enjoy.

    get a crock pot
    get some pot roast
put roast in pot, turn on low for 10-12 hours (however long you're away at work)
season to taste (i like chopped onions and mustard powder and sriracha in the pot to marinate)
    remove, enjoy, save leftovers.

get a family pack of like 9 steaks.
on both sides: brush with olive oil, stab a bunch of times with a fork, top with moderate amount of salt (i use Morton's Lite Salt).
    grill.
    enjoy, save leftovers.

I see that you are not fallen off anymore, but I would like to share my DELICIOUS TASTY RECIPE

    1. Get a 9x13 pan
    2. Spray the bottom so the chicken won't stick
    3. Put some chicken breasts in
    4. Pour a package of Italian dressing mix on top of it (the dry mix, check the carbs on the packaging)
    5. Pour a stick of melted butter on top of that
    6. Add some shredded cheese if you want.
    7. Bake at 350 for 1 hour
    8. OM NOM

is there a reason for stabbing them?

Makes 'em more tender. Lets the olive oil seep into the middle of the steak for absolute juicy heaven.

Remember it's always hard the first couple of days and then, like magic, all the cravings and craziness goes away. If it's easier to go super strict for you, try intermittent fasting the first day (waiting to eat until later and stop after a certain time). It helps me to do it that way, but I've always been a bit of a masochist.
