This week we will be doing the "No Equipment Workout". You can find the information here:

These exercises include Chair Crunches, Chair Crunches with a Twist, Grocery-Bag Curls, Grocery-Bag Rowing, Leg Lifts, Hip Hiker & Heel Raises.

The goal is to do each of these exercises every day for 7 days. It take about 30 mins total! Feel free to do more! Let's try for 3 sets of each, everyday. Or do as many as you can, at least 30 mins per day.

    Will do what I can! I must admit my body is quite sore from my workouts so I'm not too sure how much I'll be doing! Haha
