Ok Jaime...loving this challenge becuz i am more consistent with exercise now...but i need to get my junk food eating binges kicked tothe curb...instead of losing, i am on a steady uphill climb....so i am leaning over, welcome to give all the butt-kicks u want if it'll get me back on a sensible track....my minutes for week 2 are : 470 minutes walked...( yea...i increased them...thats a positive ).....my weight is 225.6 ( a rea downer, but is my own fault, gonna turn this around ).....ready to tackle week 3......can u believe we r already half way thru JULY???? pghsteelerfan - great job walking! 470 minutes is fantastic.

I walked 328 minutes, so I hit my goal of getting over 300 minutes for the week. I'm pretty sure this week will be over 400 since I'm doing a Relay for Life on Friday evening. With all my walking and Zumba twice this past week I am down another 1.6lbs to 179.

    Everyone keep it up!!

I walked for 385 minutes this week. I wanted to thank you again, Jaymoo. This challenge has really had a big impact on me. I live in a great spot for walking; most of my errands can be run within a mile of where I live and the weather is beautiful. Nevertheless, before this challenge I drove for most of those little tasks, because I looked at walking as free time unnecessarily "lost". This challenge has made me feel that by walking I am accomplishing two tasks on my imaginary "to-do list" at once: getting my minutes and running my errands. The shift in perception is such a small and obvious thing that you'd think I'd have made the leap on my own, but I didn't! Thanks again. :flowerforyou:

I walked 350 minutes this week!
  • EVERYONE is doing awesome! I had a really down week. I was so depressed about my weight and skipped exercise twice which made me feel even worse!!! I am sorry I have been MIA! Working a lot of 10+ hour shifts at work! It will be tomorrow before I get the spreadsheet up!

    xoxo
