Okay... so what is the best brand? Will I need to buy it online (I like amazon.com) or can I get it in the store?
This looked like a good price...

I use Bob's Red Mill chia seeds. I purchase them from a local natural food store, although you can buy them online as well.0

Seeds are seeds. Buy the cheapest. 9 to 10th $/lb seem reasonable. My mother earth store sells bulk in the bulk herb section for $7.50/ lb but they are all out0

I buy spectrum organic from the local health food store. They are about $8 per 1lb bag.0

I use Nutiva. I buy them at HEB and Whole Foods.0
