I'm going to stay in induction as long as I can. I cant seem to keep it below 20 though. I can keep it below 30, fairly successfully. I've lost 5 pounds in 5 days(just started.)

I have noticed that you are keeping your carbs well below 50 a day! :flowerforyou: That's a good little Atkins gal!

Hi! My net carbs are about 20-30 daily. At 20 nc I loose well, but I hv a resistant metabolism and I get tired. 25 nc I feel better. At 30 I feel even better. I am almost wk 2 of phase 2 of OWL. My electrolytes got way out of balance because I didn't realize I got dehydrated, and higher carbs are helping me to get into balance...at least that's my plan.

I try to stay at 20, some days it's as high as 25. I've lost 21 pounds in 4 weeks and 2 days in extended induction, though I'm going to go up to 25 and add new veggie options this week.

I've decided to stay on the Induction phase, consuming no more than 20 net carbs a day. Lost 41 lbs since February, but hit a hard 3 weeks where my carbs went up to about 50 each day. That stalled my weight loss completely, so I'm back to a strict 20 net carbs again.

I started induction phase (20 net carbs). Have had success on this diet before (lost 50 pounds and gained it back after I had a baby). But truly making it part of my way of eating in my life. Weight watchers is great but just not for me. I need something to break my sugar addiction.

When I did atkins 12 years ago I did the same thing I stayed at or under 20 net a day. I did however add potato's when I wanted within reason and had a cheat day where I had maybe 40 or 50 net carbs but I was real strict on the diet and lost 60 lbs pretty darn fast.

I havent been uber logging my net carbs, I have been more approximating them, but mentally I think I am staying close to 20. Have lost 8lbs in a week 1 of phase 1 so something is working.

I consume no more that 20 a day, I do have it set at 16 so it turns red Let me know I'm getting close. :)

I'm on Atkins (original Dr. A version), so I keep it at 20. Sometimes, on the weekends when I'm training especially hard and need the extra energy, I'll go up to 25.
