Morning!
Hope everybody is ok today…I’m back properly after my 3 days away last week! I need to up the water intake again and up the exercise a little bit..Put on 2lbs so that is annoying, My weight loss seems to be so slow! Hope everybody else is doing well..x0 -

Well I haven't been checking in, BUT I have lost 6 lbs so far I might have lost more but I battled a migraine this week.0

I've had a bad week past week, been to busy to do much, but should be back on track this week.
Have been drinking my water, and fitting in as much exercise as I can.0 -
No exercise today as feeling ill and saving my energy for my gym session tomorrow but no problem drinking 10 glasses of water to try and ease my sore throat lol0

Busy day today! Out longer than expected no food with me , was glad to have dinner tho, been on trainer, got my water and excercise in tho, :-)0

Hope you are all feeling better soon, I have never felt better so this is the right thing for me. So happy I found this site and all my MFP friends to help me along the way.....You all ROCK0

Food went great today .. was over a bit in sugar .. as usual. Worked out on the elliptical for a bit tonight feeling pretty tired Monday's usually do that to me. goal for tomorrow keep the sugar down and so about 15 min more exercise0
