Howdy! Sa mga kababayan ko dyan ano exercise plan nyo ? Dun sa mga may 8 -10 hours work anong oras kayo nag wowork out?

Cardio for 30 mins (latin dance, hip-hop abs, stationary bike, swimming, taebo): T-Th-Sat
*Weight lifting for 1 hour (whole body with weights ranges from 35lbs. - 80lbs.) : Sun-W-F
Normally I workout in the evening but right now I'm trying to do it to morning because lately I'm feeling tired when I get home.

Thanks sis! been doing cardio too , yun nga lang wala pa talagang schedule. I never tried weight lifting kailangan muna kasi mag enroll sa gym.0

I'm gonna speak in Taglish here. Nakakapagsalita ako ng derecho Tagalog pero hirap ako magsulat ng derecho & at the same time I badly need to practice my English (I'm juggling with 3 different international languages at the same time everyday so my brain get twisted, hehehehe) so I hope you understand. Actually you don't need to be in a gym to be able to lift weights. Puede mong gamitin your own bodyweight for that. Start off with bodyweight squats & lunges para sa legs mo or table push-ups for your upper body & core. You can browse or google info about weight lifting for beginners.
If you decide to join a gym, I suggest investing in a reputable gym rather than dun sa maliliit na gyms. Doon kasi sa mga maliliit na gyms, they may have a trainer who can teach you the basic moves pero after that bahala ka na. They don't care if you get injured or get puked out unlike in big gyms wherein the PTs will care more for their clients.0 -
Kasisimula simula ko pa lang ng P90x nung Lunes. Gumigising ng 4:00 AM. Workout hanggang 5:00 AM. Trabaho from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM. I'm also incorporating intermittent fasting (IF) so I have all my meals between 5:00 AM to 1:00 PM (8 hours). Plano kong matulog between 8:00 PM to 4:00 AM (8 hours).0

I'm currently doing Tapout XT (6x/week) and Chalean Extreme (3x/week), palagi sa gabi lang kase nakakauwi ako 6-7 pm ( work ko 8-9hrs a day, 5x/week) mejo mahirap macondition pero kelangan kase ayko magskip ng workout and I'm seeing results naman. mejo hirap ako plgi gumising sa umga, plgi madaling araw na kase n22log hehe! kaya un, pero I love workout dvd kse I can do it here sa bahay, no need sa gym, and at my own time pa. mnsan I will do it as late as 11pm or 12 mn pa lol.0

WOW! sana magawa ko din yan one of these days , kailangan ko i condition ang sarili ko to really work out mag iipon na ang ng dvd's any recommendation ano maganda sa katulad kong beginner? kelangan talaga mag set ako time para sa work out no excuses Thanks sis!0 -
