and tell how you are feeling..I feel pretty good for the day it has been.. I woke up early and had to work..

I felt pretty good and kept busy all day

How I feel:I am alittle tired since I didn't sleep to good last night.

I did some stretches about 5 min/arm twirls 30 each way.
How I feel:Feel better today than yeasterday.. Alittle sore in my back but feel pretty good today

Strength Training: 3x's
Feeling good! Giving myself a rest day today. My body just told me yesterday a recovery day was needed. (I know that this post is different than everyones, I just customized it towards my program)0 -

Tell how you are feeling..Thighs burn from the DVD work-out, but for the most part my body seems to be doing better with the exercise. The heat is making me not want to eat, but will set timer to make sure to get my foods in.0 -
