    Trying to be in, but haven't had many chances to get strength training in (been on vacation - doing a LOT of driving). Gonna try to start again tomorrow. :)

    I'm still in, but haven't been able to hit the weights as frequently as I want (swamped with work) - only got to the gym once this week, but did some strength training at home today - shoulders and arms are going to hurt tomorrow :-) Will be traveling the next two weeks - will try to hit the hotel gyms when I can, but in Audust hope to have the time to go to BodyPump regularly.

    I'm still in but I sure wish I could afford a membership to an air conditioned gym. This heat & humidity is really dragging me down. I've been a mountain girl for the last 20 years; I'm used to it cooling down in the evenings at least. My house is like a sauna day and night.

    Still in! 6 days a week 75 min a day. Loving what my body is becoming. Keep pushing and you guys will love the results.

    I'm still in! I wasn't able to lift all last week as I was out of town at a conference, but getting back into the routine tomorrow.
