Fun Physical Challenge =) today until 7/22!

For those of you who would like a physical challenge this is one I will challenge you to until next Sunday 7/22! 20 squats per day. Try it and you'll see a difference in the hardness of your booty. I do squats everyday (even in the bathroom at work) and my booty is hard as rocks. If you do 20 for 6 days thats 120 squats you did!!! I'll take on the challenge of an extra 20. Will you!?

Just got down doing 40 lunges ! I didn't do any yesterday so I figured I had to make up ! Now my legs burn but feel good !0
