Fun Physical Challenge =) today until 7/22!

For those of you who would like a physical challenge this is one I will challenge you to until next Sunday 7/22! 20 squats per day. Try it and you'll see a difference in the hardness of your booty. I do squats everyday (even in the bathroom at work) and my booty is hard as rocks. If you do 20 for 6 days thats 120 squats you did!!! I'll take on the challenge of an extra 20. Will you!?

    My 20 are done for the night ! I haven't done lunges in a while and let me tell you, my legs felt it !

    Great feeling! Dont give up tomorrow if you are sore- push through the soreness and warm up those legs!!! WTG!!

    Well, yesterday I did 20 in the morning and 20 in the evening ! It really felt good !

    Today was rest day. Ok, so I had way to much to do and was pooped ! Well I will do 20 tomorrow morning !!

    Love the squats with weights.... definately feel it the next day! try squatting with the heaviest you can, OMG. yeoooowwwww

    that has to feel good. I did them with my 15's during Chalean extreme and boy was that tough!!! GO US!

    Just got down doing 40 lunges ! I didn't do any yesterday so I figured I had to make up ! Now my legs burn but feel good !

    Wow what I just realized was that I'm doing lunges and not squats !!! Well, I will start squats tonight (lol)
