How do you log moves like bear crawls or mountain climbers into your exercise log for the day?

I have a watch and between sets and turn arounds, I check my pulse. It keeps track of my cals burn, thats the best I could do, and manually put it in, but ones you create the workout, it can estimate it. (Hope this helped)0
