Hi! I have been doing Medifast now for two weeks. Week 1 lost 6lbs. Week 2 lost 2 lbs. My weigh ins are on Tuesdays. I lost 40 lbs on this program back in 2002-2003 but gained it back to poor and unhealthy choices so I thought I would try again. It has changed a bit since then. The bar a day used to be my favorite meal and something I really looked forward to, but I am not liking the krispies in them now. It is nice to know there are others here doing this same program and going through the same things. I have already looked at some of the topics posted here and have gotten some great ideas...very much appreciated for the insight. Good luck on your journeys to a better you!

Welcome to "the group". It is great having support from others on the same program as we are on. This has been a wonderful tool for me to use and helps me to stay on track...for the most part! I do know that when I am 100% on plan that I lose the most weight so I have to tell myself not to cheat because I feel like I am starting all over again. Everyone has been great to me here. Welcome and good luck! I know you can do it!!0

I am new to this board but not to Medifast. I went from 190 to 157 between mid January and April but I got off track. I am back on plan and looking for friends! Please add me if you are as well!0

Hi, my name is Nikki and I did medifast last year and lost 30 lbs very easily. I had so much energy that I got heavy into working out and struggled for a long time until I would go on and off program. I have gone on and off so many times and now am starting to gain my weight back so I am going back on plan. Start back tomorrow. Goal of 40 lbs at present. praying for the ability to stay on plan!0
