I was a little slow this morning...blaming TOM!
Did the same route I did yesterday, but for some reason it was less distance today.
100 steps less, 3 floors more. I don't get it.
But it was a good burn none-the-less.
How did you do?

I did my 2 miles again today. I use a walking video, so it is quick and easy. I know the pace and distance are consistent. If I were walking outside, it would take me a lot longer to go the same distance. Also, this way the kids don't have to keep pace with me, they sit on the couch and read books, while I work out, and then it is their turn to play on the Wii.0

2.5 miles done today but on the treadmill at a slower pace (3.0 mph) with incline. I used my 3 lb dumbbell alternating hands and doing sets of 25 reps of bicep curls, tricep extensions, and some shoulder thingy my PT taught me. It kept me busy and sweating. I didn't give myself credit for strength training and hope that the reward will not be in earned calories but in toned arms instead! Bring it on!0
