I will be following this schedule as it has worked for me with 30DS

August 2012
Day 1: extreme shed and shred - Level 1
Day 2: extreme shed and shred - Level 1
Day 3: Cardio
Day 4: Rest
Day 5: extreme shed and shred- Level 1
Day 6: extreme shed and shred- Level 1
Day 7: Cardio
Day 8: extreme shed and shred - Level 1
Day 9: extreme shed and shred- Level 1
Day 10: Cardio
Day 11: Rest
Day 12: extreme shed and shred - Level 1
Day 13:extreme shed and shred- Level 1
Day 14: Cardio
Day 15: extreme shed and - Level 2
Day 16: extreme shed and shred - Level 2
Day 17: Cardio
Day 18: Rest
Day 19: extreme shed and shred - Level 2
Day 20: extreme shed and shred - Level 2
Day 21: Cardio
Day 22: extreme shed and shred - Level 2
Day 23:extreme shed and shred- Level 2
Day 24: Cardio
Day 25: Rest

    I know this is a few years later but i aint heard of this until the other day when i ordered online. Just curious to how you guys got on with it knowing it was few years ago lol. and i cant find much more on it.
