Month 1 Workouts

I figured we can post how our workouts are going in the month 1 category seeing how a few people may not be in week 1 or started yet 
I did my fit test last night (OUCH!) Some things I was disappointed in not doing more reps but others surprised me. Then got up today and completed day 1, whew. That was definitely tough for me. I actually wasn't as sore as I thought I would be from the fit test, but man were my ankles sore, prolly my shoes. So I didn't give 100% and took mini breaks when I needed as instructed lol. Hopefully I will get better as the days move on. I was severely slacking by the end with all the push ups and in and outs! Plus I went to Curves today and did a 2nd workout so I feel great and I'm sure I will be feeling it more tomorrow

I did my first day today too! I was wiped out in the last 15 minutes during all of those crazy push ups! I couldn't keep up and just ended up in a sweaty heap on the floor. Got up and put twice as much effort into the final workouts that started after that though, so I don't feel too bad.0

Actually did the fit test today!!! YAY! And then I looked at the entire Day 1 workout :noway: . Truly INSANE! But I am gonna push through and do it tomorrow...what I can anyway...will let you all know how it goes!0

I just finished Day 10 it doesn't get any easier lol. I was still resting alot but not as much as when I first started but that jumping back and forth and up and down about kills me. Definitely my weak point.0

Did Day 1 this morning (and I use the word "did" very loosely :ohwell: )...my word! That's all I can say...It is HAARRRDDD....i rested quite a bit in between but still managed to have sweat dripping all over me....I need to start telling my mind from now to please push through and do tomorrow's workout...:sad:0

Pushing forward, I did miss yesterday due to a chaotic mess but anyway picked up today and well while the workout went ok I took alot of breaks mostly due to my foot bothering me
At one time I believed I had plantar fasciitis, but I buy shoes with support however I workout better barefoot
Maybe I should ditch the shoes?? Anyway looking forward to tomorrow's workout!

I ended up missing yesterday too but got back on the wagon this morning and gonna double up today to make up...hoping my muscles will hold up to do Day 5 this afternoon...will see how it goes!0
