Having trouble eating enough .......
I just started Insanity on 7-12-12. I typically only eat "living food" - vegetables, lean protein, whole grains (excluding wheat - gluten allergy) and I avoid dairy (as I am allergic to casein). Progress Report...How's everyone doing?
Day 4...Pure Cardio...DONE!!! I ended up missing my workout yesterday...just a really busy day and couldn't manage to get it in...but I got right back in there this morning...and am gonna do Cardio Abs tonight (Day 5) to make up so that I can still have my rest day on Wednesday...I had a horrible day of eating yesterday…
Anyone else discouraged by lack of visual results??

Pure Cardio
Day 4- the muscles down the sides of my legs are sore...but, no pain no gain. I will do this, I will persevere and conquer INSANITY.....dammit! Or, try really hard...lol.

Month 1 Workouts
