I just started Insanity on 7-12-12. I typically only eat "living food" - vegetables, lean protein, whole grains (excluding wheat - gluten allergy) and I avoid dairy (as I am allergic to casein). I am having serious troubles getting my caloric intake up to what the calculation says it should be to lose weight. I am at 184…
Day 4...Pure Cardio...DONE!!! I ended up missing my workout yesterday...just a really busy day and couldn't manage to get it in...but I got right back in there this morning...and am gonna do Cardio Abs tonight (Day 5) to make up so that I can still have my rest day on Wednesday...I had a horrible day of eating yesterday…
I finish recovery week tomorrow, I have not lost any weight. I have lost about half an inch off thighs and an inch off belly but I was really expecting better results from the first month. Hey - is anyone else doing the extra DVD's such as the insanity abs workout in addition to the regular schedule?

Day 4- the muscles down the sides of my legs are sore...but, no pain no gain. I will do this, I will persevere and conquer INSANITY.....dammit! Or, try really hard...lol.
