Hey - is anyone else doing the extra DVD's such as the insanity abs workout in addition to the regular schedule?

    It's on the calendar to do the cardio abs with one of the work outs....kicks you *kitten*!! lol

    I've done the cardio abs, but this is Insanity Abs - a different video. Must have gotten it as an extra bonus. Will just do it on the side then.

    When I looked at calendar it says under month 2 you can substitute Insane Abs for cardio abs if you wish :) I have only done cardio abs once though.

    Thanks! That is good to know. Not at month 2 yet - looks scary though.
