Day 4- the muscles down the sides of my legs are sore...but, no pain no gain.

The 2nd weeks of pure cardio was much easier than the 1st week!! I made it a lot longer except for those stupid suicide jumps...screw that crap!
I did burn more calories as I was in it a lot longer....i'm ready for tomorrow....BRING IT!!0
