Day 4- the muscles down the sides of my legs are sore...but, no pain no gain.

I will do this, I will persevere and conquer INSANITY.....dammit! Or, try really hard...lol.

    *crawls back into the room...sweat dripping down her nose* I MADE IT!!!!!!!!! I did the whole flipping thing too with only a couple of breaks.....

    Did this one this morning..oh boy!!! I took quite a few breaks I must confess...but I "finished"....on to Cardio Abs! (oh the JOY :huh: )

    The 2nd weeks of pure cardio was much easier than the 1st week!! I made it a lot longer except for those stupid suicide jumps...screw that crap!

    I did burn more calories as I was in it a lot longer....i'm ready for tomorrow....BRING IT!!
