Week 2- I can go through more on the 2nd week than I did the first. That first week I spent more time smelling the carpet with my face...
This week, I have more stamina, I can do more of the exercise's with less breaks...and my body doesn't hurt as bad.
But...I'm still sweating like a pig, and trying to suck in oxygen like a fool!! Thank God I quit smoking!

I can totally relate! I just began my week 2 also
My brain wanted to go for it and my body kept up for the most part. I definitely was able to do more this week but I struggle with the push ups big time!

Oh yea...I still do the girl pushups on my knees....or i'd die....lol.0
