    Feel like I'm cheating myself running on the basket ball court. It was so much harder on the grass but in Rutland it is STILL RAINING!! Too wet for running on the grass:angry:

    Had to get creative with this heat since I couldn't get to the gym at work (crazy work week). So I did W1D3 in the pool. Does that count. Going to do W2D1 today on the treadmill if I can get out of work early.

    Hi everyone!

    I did W4D1 today... all I have to say is it kicked my butt!! It's a big jump from week 3. I pretty much made it through though. I only stopped twice for about 15 sec each time in the last 5 min run. Not too bad. I might repeat this week depending on how I feel after the third session as I still need to work on my breathing to increase my stamina. I find my legs don't get tired but I get very winded and sometimes mild side stitches.
