How to get started?

Trying to get back in shape after 2 very difficult years - - just trying to survive life - forget about eating right and exercise.

I'm having trouble staying motivated. I'll workout on the weekends but not so much during the week. I have no excuses such as long hours or children to care for (other than my dog).

Can anyone share how they got started and how they stay motivated?

    What motivates you? Why are you losing weight?

    Its hard to do alone. Find a group or a person and get started. One day at a time. You got to have motivation and encouragement in order to succeed. Check out our website and see if there is someone or a group near you, http://nowomanleftbehind.net/home.htm.
    With me, I just get up one day and decided, no more dieting, change my life style and take it one day at a time. Once I started noticing a differences in my body, it was motivation to continue.
