Ok Level 2 is a killer. My arms feel like wet noodles. I took quite a few breaks today. I completed the workout but feel tomorrow will be a rest day. That was tough!!!!

    Day 12 complete (D2L2). I did more than I did on Monday, but still not enough. I am glad that I have room for improvement, but MAN. Keep going everyone!

    Yeah, I'm an idiot. Went out last night with a friend. Skipped dinner, drank two Sangria swirls. Had a GREAT time, however had exactly ZERO energy this am and not enough time to eat anything. Not the smartest thing I've ever done for sure. Will work my *kitten* off Friday-Sunday though to get to level 2!

    I did it this morning and really struggled. The walking push ups did me in today for some reason and from then on I was exhausted :laugh:
    I have kick boxing tonight though so I'm not too fussed that I didn't do as well as I hoped this morning.

    I'm on L2D5. I'm getting stronger with the walk out pushups, I can finally do ONE! I can get through the entire cardio at the end without stopping but I have much work to do to get through the entire thing! Wow, I've said this so many times already. level 2 is hard!!!

    I'm doing level 1 for 1 more day since I had to skip 4 days when we were camping. However, I do feel like I am just about ready for level 2. I feel WAY stronger than when I started and I can get through the whole workout without stopping :)

    Day 12 finished (at least I think it's day 12 - losing track of time!). Think I might move up to level 2 tomorrow as I did level 1 today with hardly any problems. Bring it on!

    L2D3 done. Getting a LITTLE easier - I actually did most of the workout without breaks, but lots of improvement on effort for each exercise!

    You girlz are rockin this! I completed Day 12 (D2L2) - shoulders are really feeling it - and the plantar fasciitis is starting to make a comeback in my feet - ugh. I'm gonna keep on keepin on tho!

    Today is an unplanned rest day. :sad: I will be fully recharged bright and early in the morning. Thanks to all of you! When I have weeks like this one and read your posts, it gives me just what I need to keep going!
