I've just begun to run after healing from a nasty shin splint issue, and my feet hurt. I'm not a teenager anymore! I can't gain weight like this and expect my joints not to complain. I'm not recovering as well as I did when I was younger. So here I am again, ready to give this another try. Any encouragement would be appreciated.

You can do it. Just start slow and don't push yourself too hard. I started taking glucosamine for my joints because I was having some pain too. I'm hoping my body will adjust to the new exercise plan and long as I give it time to heal in between workouts, Keep up the good work.0
