I guess I'll start today. Post if you got 'em ladies! And TGIF!! :flowerforyou:
As for me, Day 13 down (L2D3). I was definitely able to improve on my past two level 2 days' performance. So I'll mark that as a win. Also, today was weigh-in day for me, and while I did lose weight, my inches stayed exactly the same. Good thing I track both, right?

Level 1 Day 9 ...check!!
I finally got my alarm clock issue fixed, I ate a protein bar before exercise for energy, and made it through only stopping once during the last cardio session for a quick breather. Day 10 tomorrow then will attempt Level 2 on Sunday!!0 -

I'm taking a rest day today. I had my first kick boxing lesson last night and doing both in the same day was a terrible mistake :laugh: I can't seem to raise my arms without them shaking uncontrollably, let alone do those walking push ups.
Jillian Michaels has NOTHING on my kickboxing instructor though, he is quite terrifying.0 -

I finished day 13 this morning and I moved up to level 2! It was really tough but I loved the change of pace doing a different workout.0

Aargh! I overslept and just got home from work. I am too tired to move. And ate horribly. So today is an unexpected rest day.
But I will do an extra session this weekend. I am committed to keeping up with my July 8th buddies.
You all are the best. I really appreciate everyone checking in. It motivates me to keep going.

Day 16 ( L2D6) done! I also did an extra session of level 1 bc I made bad choices at dinner tonight. I kind of think I sweat more and feel like I worked more during level 1....does anyone else feel that way too?0
