Hello Dukaners! Hope you are all doing great on the plan. I am on my week 2 on cruise.

I tried one of the recipe that posted here in the group and it was awesome! I decided to name it Dukan Banana Creme!
1. 6 oz non-fat plain yogurt OR greek yogurt
2. 1 Tbsp - Sugar-Free Banana creme DRY pudding mix. (Add more pudding mix if you like).

Stir the above to-gether well into a fluffy mix and let it sit for couple of mins. Voila! Yummy and smooth banana creme pudding!

You can try with other flavors like chocolate pudding, orange creme, etc.
Cheers!

My favorite recipe is the Dukan Cheesecake. There are several variations of it and this one is the best. I tweaked the recipe so that it is a single serving. (about 160 calories for the entire recipe not including crust)

5 tablespoons non fat cream cheese
    4 teaspoons splenda
    1 egg

Mix it all together and bake at 325F for approximately 30-40 minutes. You can tell it's done when the edges start to get golden and you can stick a fork/toothpick/whatever you have in it and it comes out almost completely clean. Chill in the fridge for at least an hour but stays fresh if you need to leave it longer. If you are leaving it over night cover it once it gets close enough to room temperature. You can add a dash of cinnamon to this if you wish to make it slightly more like real cheesecake even if you don't add the crust. Of use the cinnamon on top as a pretty topping.
If you want to add an oat bran crust mix 2 table spoons of oat btan with cinnamon and splenda (I never measured the amount) and enough water to make a thick dough for the bottom of the cheesecake.
Even when I am done with all of the phases this is going to be my go to recipe for a sweet treat. Make it in the morning and it will be chilled by the time you want it for dessert that night.
