    Just saw this on here!!!!!!!!! This week at GC Fit Club we will be doing some TURBO FIRE!!!! You will MOVE! Moves will be taught before each section! JOIN US!

    TurboFire is tough BUT everybody brought it big time!!!!! Nobody quit!!!! Mega calorie burn!!! Especially the second time we did it that week.....we all set a goal as to how many we wanted to burn and did not leave til we did it!!!!!!!!!!!! Great group of people!!!
