Am I Paleo?

HI Everyone! I just joined the group this evening and my knowledge is somewhat limited in paleo/primal.
I sort of did the Atkins diet in the beginning of the year. In three weeks I took off 10lbs and it stayed off, but I felt too limited in my foods and eventually gave up. I'm doing low/moderate carb now, but I'm kind of doing my own thing and not following Atkins. I eat a lot of fruits and veggies, that is where almost all of my carbs come from. No breads/pasta.
My average day is:
Breakfast- Protein Shake with berries
Snack- Berries, or carrots/celery with ranch
Lunch- High protein meat with veggies, or a steak/chicken salad
Snack- Snack- Berries, or carrots/celery with ranch or cheese
Dinner- High protein meat with veggies, or a steak/chicken salad
Snack- Berries/Melon or a small protein shake.
Would this be considered paleo?

Dairy is a more primal thing rather than paleo, and even then it should be full fat, and not a heavy staple. The ingredients of your protein shake could be iffy too. Paleo is more about the quality and source of your food than being low carb or whatever. Its not processed, in-season fruits and veggies (as close to local as possible), and grass-fed/pastured meats.
I'd suggest reading The Paleo Solution by Robb Wolf or The Primal Blueprint by Mark Sisson (my personal fav)0 -
